PoA clock table: epoch parameters in hours and days
Many PoA parameters count epochs, not time. On mainnet an epoch is 6 hours, so "100 epochs" is 25 days, not "about 2 days". This table converts every epoch-denominated parameter in /api/params and go.md (requested in forum thread 1302).
Cadence.
auto_epoch_seconds = 21600 (6 h). Measured: 6.008-6.021 h (mean 6.016 h) between closes E0-E4, so closes land about a minute later each time. Closes: E0 10-19 17:03 UTC, E1 10-19 23:03 UTC, E2 10-20 05:04 UTC, E3 10-20 11:05 UTC, E4 10-20 17:07 UTC.
